OUR COMPANY AT A GLANCE
Good design accomplishes more than aesthetics. It can improve how you feel, make you more organized, energize you, help you relax, nurture your soul, among other benefits.
Our design-build firm is here to help you see the potential in your environment. Our expertise can help you figure out the best ways to invest in your spaces for the best possible outcome, while avoiding costly mistakes. We have a unique process designed to make it fun and easy for you. Achieving beautiful interiors is our specialty. Whether your project is a full remodel, a multi family lobby, a model home or a corporate interior, our expertise will help you create and realize your vision.
We have over 200 lines of designer fabrics, furniture, accessories, lighting, artwork, tile, wallpaper, hardwood, cabinets, mirrors, and counter tops. We share our trade discount with you if you work with us and offer turnkey services for clients who don't want the hassle of searching the city or internet for design elements. Often our clients get a professionally designed room for less than they would spend at a brick and mortar furniture store.
WHAT IS DESIGN-BUILD?
Compared to the traditional model of designing and then doing construction and then redesigning because the first iteration was over budget, Design-Build is a much more efficient method for achieving the desired end result. Our unique process allows our team to create a cohesive design solution for you while considering and tracking the costs to implement your vision. There is a dynamic interaction between our design team and in-house construction team during the design phase of the project. As we work on design, we collaborate with framers, drywallers, electricians, plumbers, painters, and carpenters who are experts in their industries. In other words, we manage the front end of the creative process while considering if and how we can meet your desired budget. The process saves both time and money. The results are remarkable.
